Butter Cookies
200 g of butter is wiped with 100 g of sugar and 2 egg yolks. Add vanilla and lemon peel. Wrap in foil and leave overnight. Dough roll and with biscuit cutter set cut biscuits. Put baking paper on the backing sheet and bake biscuits for about 7 minutes at 170°. After cooling put together with strawberry marmalade. Finally decorate with powder sugar.
