Chocolate Mousse Mini Pies

Make about 20 Mini Pies ( use 5 pcs. /4 sets Mini Pie Pans for Backing )

- butter

- sugar

- eggs

- flour

Make a dough and could become tough. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until chilled.

Bake in preheat oven to 350°F Mini Baskets for 8 - 12 minutes until the edges start to turn golden.

Let Mini Tart Baskets cool. Fill cups with homemade chocolate mousse and with strawberries or forest fruits and whipped cream.
